LA RIVER HALF MARATHON TEAM TRAINING WITH FLEET FEET SPORTS

Join the Fleet Feet Sports Team and train like a pro.  Training programs are structured to improve fitness, endurance, strength, aerobic performance, weight, and motivation.  Runners are welcome to join their first day for free with no obligation.  Throughout the program runners will have two workouts per week.

Join Fleet Feet for our third season of Fall Half Marathon Training!

Our exceptional coaching staff and mentors will lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who is interested in getting started or want to improve their time on half marathons, to complete a race in 12-15 weeks. 

Program Cost:  $95 per participant 

As part of the half marathon program, participants will receive the following: 
  • A 12-week training program Coach-guided weekly training sessions with pace leaders
  • Tuesdays: speed and conditioning workouts
  • Saturdays: Long run 
  • Additional workout recommendations Access to coaches via email during the week
  • A team tech tee
  • Information clinics and demos on footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, and more
  • Special discounts (including discounted registration for LA Marathon Training!)Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
